At Altruette we want to make your shopping – and giving – experience as easy as possible. For order inquiries the best way to contact us is via email at email@example.com. Emailing us is the fastest way to receive a response to your inquiry.
Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal, checks or cash. We can only accept one form of payment per order. All prices include a donation to the charity that sponsors each charm.
Shipping: We endeavor to have all shipments leave our warehouse within 3 business days. If there is a delay or your choice is backordered, we will contact you with this information and the expected shipping date. Apartment numbers must be designated where applicable. Currently Altruette only ships to addresses within the U.S. Any cost related to changes to the "ship to" address will be the responsibility of the customer.
